Raw Sheep’s Wool
Inspired by my girlhood spent staring at carousels
Since I was a young girl, every carousel I encountered has stopped me in my tracks and cast me under a magic spell. From miniature wind-up carousels to larger than life circuses, the magic of the carousel has always held a special place in my memory. I have combined my fleeting memories by felting pure sheep's wool together to create a cloud-like sculpture, encapsulating my fading memories of a girlhood spend dreaming of horses.
